Admin Tool → System → Brand → Login Page Image.
Admins can upload, activate, deactivate, and delete login images at will. There is no limit to the number of images the Admin can have in this new section, nor a limit to the number of images that can be active at one time. The system will randomly cycle through all the active images.
The file uploader supports multiple simultaneous image uploads. Information about file types, sizes, and recommended dimensions is provided on the information panel. Once uploaded, the login images are in an Inactive state.
Functions
- Preview the login page under the drop-down menu next to any image. When previewing, a new tab with the login page featuring the selected image will open.
- Delete the image from the same drop-down menu.
- Activate: The Activate button on each image includes the selected image in the list of images used for the login page.
- Inactivate: The Inactivate button removes the image from the list of images to use.
Scheduling Images
The Login Image scheduling feature allows Admins to set any number of login images to be activated and deactivated on a schedule.
Much like scheduling a Module activation, our Login Image schedule allows admins to set an activation and deactivation date on a login image.
Located in the drop-down menu found next to an uploaded image, clicking the Schedule option will display the familiar scheduling tool.
Fallback Image
To make sure that your login screen is never blank, use the Fallback Image setting. In the event no image is active on the login screen, setting a Fallback Image ensures that the login page always has an acceptable image.
