🚨Planned Maintinance Window⚠️
All Wisetail sites will be undergoing maintenance and a migration on Friday, June 5. This will start at 8 PM mountain time. This maintenance is expected to last approximately six hours, and will result in new IP addresses for all Wisetail tooling.
All sites will be completely unavailable during this window.

Notice: Oct 20th - Our hosting provider AWS is experiencing issues that are affecting availability and performance of a large number of sites on the internet. eLearning Media

Wisetail is aware of and actively working to resolve several reported behaviors with eLearning courses including failure to launch, load or track the courses.
We have placed all e-learning (SCORM, etc.) features into an emergency maintenance mode as we're working to resolve an issue that occurred overnight as part of a maintenance window. This mode protects your data from loss. We anticipate the system will be back active shortly. See this page for details.

Wisefest 2024 May: 6-9
Wisetail & PlayerLync will be enjoying a 3 day in-person meetup from Monday May 6 through Wednesday May 9 in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are pulling our team together to strategize, team-build, and enjoy one another’s company. During this time our client teams will largely be attending in-person sessions and response times will be longer than normal. We will continue to monitor support tickets for any urgent issues. Following the retreat, we’ll respond to all outstanding emails as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience.

[Complete] Infrastructure Upgrades
2023-Apr-22
On April 22 between 9:00 PM & 1:00 AM CST Wisetail will undergo infrastructure upgrades that require system downtime. This planned maintenance window is scheduled to take no more than 4 hours. During this time learners and administrators will be unable to access Wisetail products.
Maintenance and upgrades are a necessary part of our service delivery to you and we make every effort to perform these at the least disruptive times. We apologize for any inconvenience this planned maintenance outage may cause. We will do our absolute best to perform these upgrades as fast as possible and with minimal impact.

Images in banners and modules may appear much smaller than they ought to be. We are actively working to resolve this issue.

17:50 MST - The Patch has been completed sucessfully.
Note: You may see redundant enrollments & un-enrollments in some reports going forward.
17:16 MST - The Patch process has begun.
15:50 MST - Our Feature Release this morning caused an issue for some of our clients around user groups (and may have been visible in enrollments, content visability, or in other areas). We will be patching this bug today starting at 17:15 (MST). This may cause users to be logged out for a short time.
Christmas & New Years

Learning Feature Scheduled Maintenance
We will be performing a scheduled system upgrade of our eLearning feature (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) on Sunday, December 11th, from 6pm MT to 10pm MT. During this time, users will be unable to access eLearning content. Out of an abundance of caution, we recommend users complete any in-progress eLearning content prior to this maintenance window. Should disruptions persist beyond the service window, please contact Technical Support with any concerns.

[RESOLVED] Modules in widgets not displaying if module not Viewable in Library
- 2022 January 27: We have completed the release for this issue, and it is live at this time.
- 2022 January 26: We have completed a fix for this issue, and we plan to have it applied by end of day tomorrow (Thursday the 27th), MST. A final update will be added here when that has been completed.
- 2022 January 25: We are investigating an issue where modules with the setting Viewable in Library is set to "No" are not displaying in the "My Enrolled Content" Widget.
[RESOLVED] Chrome 94 & Admin Tool Pills
An issue with the recently released Chrome 94 has caused the Pills in the Admin Tool to not appear in some cases. We are actively working to build a permanent workaround for these breaking changes made by Google.
How to determine if you are impacted:
- Log into your Wisetail site as an Admin.
- Click on the Admin Tools Gear.
- Click on any of the tabs.

Workaround
Fortunately there is a simple short-term solution you can use while we work on a permanent fix: Use any browser other than Google Chrome, such as Firefox.
[Resolved] Module Exception Report Export
- 2021 September 14: The hotfix has been released.
- 2021 September 7: A development ticket has been raised.
- 2021 September 8: This issue will be included in a hotfix.
- 2021 September 9: The hotfix has been scheduled for Tuesday (14 September).
- 2021 September 7: Discovered that attempting to export the Module Exception Report produces an error. The Report will not export.
