AI-Powered:
Content Generation
For some content you can generate Tests, Flashcards, Observation Checklists, & Question Banks with a simple click of a button. This is available for the following content types:
- Documents
- PDFs
- Images
- Videos, if they include subtitles
- .docx
- .pptx
- .xlsx
With our visual feedback element, Admins are provided with real-time feedback while the system is processing a piece of content and will surface the Generate Content button in the top right corner once the document is ready to be used with our AI content generation features.
When clicked, a modal will appear for the Admin. In the modal, Admins can choose which content type they want to create from the media item: Tests, Question Banks or Flashcards.
From there, you can review, edit or make any setting changes at their discretion. This content can now be used just like any other piece of content in our system.
Image Describer
Available in the Description field of any image file that’s been uploaded via the Content tab, creates image descriptions with a click.
You can then edit or Save to save the text. You must click save to retain the description.
Media Descriptions
Our AI engine generates descriptions of your media content.
For PDFs and video files where subtitles have been uploaded or created, there is now an AI icon found on the Description field of your media details.
You can then edit or Save to save the text. You must click save to retain the description.
Textract
When a PDF is uploaded in the Admin Tool, the text within the PDF is ‘read’ by the LMS and indexed for search.
When a user executes a Global Search, if there are matches found within a PDF that is inside of a Module, the matching PDF will appear in the Media search results.
You can remove these from search. See: Global Search.
