Chatbot - Limited Release
This month we are rolling out a Chatbot integrated into the LMS. This will be available only for super admins at this time. An all-users release will be coming soon. This chatbot will have access only to the content on your site, and will ensure that users are only able to access content which their permission to access.
Users can ask questions in plain language and receive relevant answers without scouring through content. By understanding context and surfacing the right guidance, summaries, or resources directly within the flow of work, the chatbot reduces friction, speeds up problem-solving, and provides just-in-time support.
The chatbot has access to only some of your information at this time. Please see this article for the full list of functionality and limitations.
Learning Progress Report (Beta)
In this release, we are introducing two new views of the report data: By Module and Group By. For more information on this report see:
Learning Path Improvements
We’ve made some UX and UI improvements to our Learning Paths (Beta) feature:
- You can now remove a landing page cover image entirely.
- Accessing the Admin tool directly from a Learning Path is now possible with the new Admin Quick Actions option.
- The Completion Modal a user gets at the end of a module completion will now exclude modules the user has already completed.
- When inline eLearning content is added to a Learning Path, the window for the user will now be a full screen experience.
Additional Updates
We've made further updates throughout the system, including:
- Drive: Streaming-only Media: a new feature allowing clients to bypass offline access (and on-device space requirements) for individual media items. A new “Streaming Only” checkbox has been introduced to the carousel item dropdown menu that suppresses the downloading of the media item to devices. Syncing: The thumbnail and metadata will still be synced to the device, allowing for the media item listing to be shown in the appropriate carousels and folders and for the media item to be surfaced in search. But access to and viewing of the media item will always require an internet connection.
- Dialog Activity Report: We've added new Display By: Dialog Board view to this report.
- Bulk Profile Field Value Deletion: Fixed a bug that complicated doing mass deletions.
- Mobile App: Under the User Quick Actions screen, Admins can now Activate/Inactivate/Delete users directly from the Mobile App.
