This one is a big one. Global Search picks up an AI Overview, Drive gets a whole frictionless device experience, the MMCR can flip its grids, and OnTrack lets you set up corrective actions in advance so your front-line teams have less to fill in.

  • General Improvements
    • The Modules overview page flags modules that have not been viewed or modified in the last 365 days. Click Review to open the list and set them inactive or delete them.
    • The Modules overview page shows a Last Updated date with a link to the user who made the change, and each module has a collapsible Module Info panel covering who created it and who updated it last.
    • Tests can be duplicated. Select one or more tests on the Test overview page, choose Duplicate, pick the role to duplicate into, and a copy is created with [COPY] added to the title.
    • The Most Searched Terms widget has an Export Terms option that gives you a CSV of the terms shown.
    • A more comprehensive list of time zones is available under System → Settings → Scheduling & Reporting Timezone.
    • More areas of the Admin Tool are right-clickable, so you can open them in a new tab or window. This covers content, users, communications, merits, systems, and reports areas.
    • Media items in use as module thumbnails are no longer caught by the Show Unused in Module (or Drive) Only filter.
    • The MMCR v2 has a Transpose option in both the By Grid and Group By views, flipping the horizontal and vertical axes so you can read the data a different way.
    • A Module Completions OData endpoint returns completion data for defined modules outside of an enrollment, including whether each user completed and when.
  • Global Search Improvements
    • Search results lead with an AI Overview panel that summarizes what matched the search term and links to the content.
    • Follow-up questions from the AI Overview carry the conversation into the Chatbot, populated with the original search and the follow-up prompt. Sites without the Chatbot enabled for end users do not get follow-up questioning or content links.
  • eLearning Improvements
    • A Version panel on an eLearning Media item shows the original file name and when it was uploaded.
    • Notes are available on eLearning Media items, following the same workflow as Notes in Modules, including tagging other users.
  • Wisetail Drive Improvements
    • Frictionless Login opens approved devices straight to the Library instead of the login screen, with sign-in still available whenever full Drive access is needed.
    • On a signed-out frictionless device, device-level settings and At Work checks stay available, while the Chatbot and account controls wait for sign-in. Once signed in, an Account page covers profile, password, language, switch user, and log out.
    • In frictionless mode the Library shows content with no permissions, plus location-only content when the device location matches. Anything using a non-location permission rule stays hidden until a user signs in.
    • Admins control the rollout with a site-level setting, can limit automatic enablement to a chosen audience, and can manage individual devices or apply changes in bulk.
  • LMS Mobile App Improvements
    • Observation Checklists can be completed for several users at once from the app, including a Group Response for applying one answer to everyone.
    • Learning Path modules that allow comments show a comment field in the app.
  • OnTrack Improvements
    • Corrective actions can be configured in advance during checklist setup, using a guided multi-step flow, so the details populate automatically when the action is triggered.
    • An Allow Action Edit setting controls whether team members and OnTrack managers can edit actions after they are created, and Edit Action respects checklist audience membership.
    • Question entries have a Follow-up tab for setting up corrective actions and subsections by response group.
    • The checklist builder trades the Configuration tab for a Scoring tab, and Required now lives in the question Details menu with a clearer indicator.
    • Users who were tagged and later removed from a location or deactivated stay visible in a muted state for historical context, and can be untagged.
