The Wisetail LMS Mobile App is a companion app to the web-based Wisetail platform, providing learners quick access to learning resources.
- Users can view and complete modules and courses, including all content types available inside modules.
- Users can seamlessly transition between web and mobile as-needed, with each space staying up-to-date as learning content is accessed and completed.
- The mobile app provides learning-focused push notifications, module and media search, and allows for administrator-managed configuration of branding.

How to log in
The app is only accessible by those with an active account on a Wisetail instance.
- Enter your site’s subdomain in the “Company URL” field.
- If logging into The Drop, for example, the URL to access it in the browser is “https://thedrop.wisetail.com/”.
- To log into The Drop via the mobile app, you would enter “thedrop” into the Company URL field. This field will check to see if you have entered a valid value here, and will provide feedback if incorrect.
- Once the company URL is entered, the app will provide appropriate login functions in alignment with your site’s login configuration.
- On initial login the user will be asked to allow push notifications.
- If approved, the app will be able to send learning-specific push notifications to the device.
- If not approved, the app will not send push notifications to this device.
- Access can be enabled or disabled in device settings later.
- On initial login the user will be asked to allow location access.
- If approved, the app will be able to use location data to support at-work filtering (if geo-location at-work filtering is enabled in your LMS).
- If not approved, the app cannot use location data to determine if the user is physically at-work, and according to their geo-location will always be considered to NOT be at-work.
- Access can be enabled or disabled in device settings later.
- IP address-based at-work filtering will always be possible, even if location access is denied.
