This report provides a comprehensive view of completed and missed task rates per checklist. It can span multiple versions of a checklist while maintaining aggregate totals. When a date range encompasses multiple checklist versions, the report organizes data based on the last version available and displays any deleted tasks in a separate Deleted Tasks section.
The report also displays completion rates for conditional subsections, showing how often they were triggered by a triggering response.
Viewing Modes
The report has two viewing modes that you can toggle between:
- Task Mode: Groups completion data by individual tasks across all locations. Use this view to see how each task performs across your organization.
- Unit Mode: Groups completion data by individual locations across all tasks. Use this view to see how each location performs across all checklist tasks.
Data Explorer
The Data Explorer provides interactive drill-down capability. Task titles, location names, and completion percentages are clickable links that open a modal with detailed breakdowns. The Data Explorer also includes breadcrumb navigation and allows you to export any drill-down view to CSV.
In Task Mode
Click any task title to see completion rates for that task broken down by location. Click a location's total to view the individual checklist instances.
In Unit Mode
Click any location title to see completion rates for that location broken down by task. Click a task's total to view the individual checklist instances.
PDF Export
Export the report to PDF in either Task Mode or Unit Mode. The PDF will match your current on-screen view, making it easy to share formatted compliance data with stakeholders.
