The Action Activity Log is a chronological audit trail for every OnTrack action. It records creation, title and description edits, due date changes, user tag adds/removes, notes updates, priority flag toggles, and status transitions (Open → In Progress → Resolved). Accessible from the 3-dot menu on the action details page.
For title, description, and priority changes, the old and new values both appear inline. If the user who made a change has since been deleted or deactivated, their username displays instead of their full name.
Comments are not included in the Activity Log. The log tracks structural changes (status, fields, assignments), not conversation.
