The Merge Users Tool

Please submit a ticket to Technical Support, or ask your CX Rep to have this tool enabled.

You use the Merge Users Tool by navigating to the Users Tab and selecting two users. Then use the drop-down arrow next to Quick Enroll, and select Merge Users. Note: Once users have been merged with this tool, there is no way to undo it. This is a permanent and irrevocable action.

Functionality

  • Merges all of one user's Module completions into another user.

Current Limitations

  • Only merges 2 users at a time.
  • Cannot merge Super Admins.
  • Does not merge user Profile Field Values.
  • Does not combine user's Points.
  • Does not retain user's Merits, unless they were granted via a module completion.
    • To clarify the technical process: merits do not actually transfer during merges - they re-spark. However, there are certain limitations on the re-sparking. When a module completion is transferred, as long as the Module, Merit, and Spark still exist, are all active, and have not expired, then the certification should re-spark.
