How does a datafeed handle accented characters?

A datafeed can process and import characters with accents such as umlauts (ü), circumflexes (ô), etc. However, When it comes to match-on values, and username matching, these characters are treated as the equivalent of the same characters without an accent.

For example, a match-on value of Zoe would be considered a match for both Zôe, and Zoë.

In the same way, a username of joeySmith is treated as being the same as jôëySmìth for the purposes of the datafeed.
