Enhancements: 2022 November.

The enrollment set report, reports on individual users included in a specific enrollment.  Each user will include (if applicable) each enrollment occurrence, and the due date, completion status, whether the completion was within the specified due date period, and any unenrolled status’.  This report is filtered by due date of the enrollment occurrence, and can be filtered by individual users or unique attributes

Enrollment Set Report: Status Updates

Some changes have been made to the status indicators in the Overdue and Completion Status columns of the Enrollment Set Report. Changes are outlined below, for each type of Enrollment

Standard Enrollments

User is unenrolled /no longer part of the enrollment prior to the due date with outstanding modules not completed

Overdue: “Yes” 

Completion: either “Not Yet Started” or “In Progress”

Overdue: “N/A”

Completion: “Unenrolled”

User is unenrolled /no longer part of the enrollment after the due date with outstanding modules not completed

Overdue: “Yes”

User is enrolled and completes module, either before or after due date while enrollment is active

User completes module(s) before the due date while enrollment is active and is then unenrolled afterwards.
