The Chatbot Usage Report shows you how your users are engaging with the Wisetail Chatbot. See what they're asking and which content the Chatbot is drawing from to answer them.
Reading the Report
Each initiated chat appears as its own row. Expand a row to see the full conversation, including every follow-up question and links to the documents the Chatbot referenced. Follow-up questions are nested under the initial question that started the conversation.
Filtering
Filter by date range or by user feedback (thumbs up or thumbs down). You can also filter by profile fields, with the exception of Individual User.
Exporting and Scheduling
Add columns, export a CSV, or schedule the report for delivery the same way you would with any other scheduled report in the system. See Scheduled Report Delivery Via Email or sFTP for scheduling details.
