From time to time -with particularly intractable problems- Technical Support may need more information about what is going on inside your browser when you encounter an issue. At these times we may request that you collect the Console Logs while reproducing your issue in order to provide us with more detailed information to help you resolve your problem. This will produce a log file that contains error and other information that you can provide to Technical Support. In general we are able to resolve issues without these logs, so don't bother with them unless they are requested.
