  • NEW! Enrollment Cleanup Banner

Identifying and cleaning up stale and irrelevant enrollments is now easier than ever!

Keeping track of old and stale enrollments can be hard and time-consuming. We’re making it easier to keep your enrollments neat and tidy by letting you know if we’ve detected any stale and possibly irrelevant enrollments in your system.

The system will now identify Standard enrollments that are still in Active status but have had no new user activity in the past 90 days. No new user activity is defined as having had no users added to the audience of the enrollment.

Note: Only Standard and Active Enrollments are evaluated by the system. Recurring or Quick Enrollments are not part of this feature.

Within the new banner, the Admin is provided with information about the number of enrollments that match the above criteria, and offers the Admin the opportunity to review the enrollments that system has identified by clicking the Review button.

This will navigate the Admin to a page where only the system-identified enrollments are displayed and pre-selected.

Once the Admin has reviewed the enrollments, they can quickly Close their selected enrollments by clicking the Close [#] Enrollments button on the banner.

Once clicked, the Admin will receive a confirmation to double-check the enrollments they have selected, and be able to bulk close them by clicking Close Enrollments

Closing the enrollments does not delete the data associated with them. Admins are still able to access the enrollments for reporting purposes.

  • ADDED! Visual Feedback During Upload (AI)

Knowing when documents are ready for use with our AI tools is easier with visual feedback.

After a PDF has been successfully uploaded, it still takes a bit of time for our AI engine to scan and index the document prior to the content being available for use with our AI content generation tools.

With our new visual feedback element, Admins are provided with real-time feedback while the system is processing a piece of content and will surface the Generate Content button once the document is ready to be used with our AI content generation features!

  • UPDATED: Module Completion Time Tracking – Records Backfilled

Module completion times for users has been backfilled. Admins are now able to expand the time frame in reports to pull older module completion time records for users.

Module Completion times are calculated by measuring the time between a user’s first view of a module and the user completing all required content of the module. Any module that is completed in less than 1 minute is recorded as having been completed in zero (0) minutes.

  • UPDATED: Video Subtitles – Search Improvements

Improvements have been made to video subtitle results in Global Search. Now only the Active subtitle file associated with a video will be searched and matched on, ensuring that only the most relevant matches will appear for the user.

Note: If ‘Enable Text Search’ is enabled on a video with disabled subtitles, the video will still appear as a media result in Global Search.

  • UPDATED: System Page Icons

We are increasing the number of customer branding elements that the mobile app supports. The icons that the mobile app uses for the Home, Learn and Discuss screens will now reflect the icons the customer has selected for the Home, Learn and Discuss system pages.

If changes are made from the Admin Tool, they will be reflected in the mobile app.

Note: Some Wisetail icons are not supported in the mobile app at this time. In the event you have selected an icon for the web but it is not supported in the App, the default icon will be used.

  • UPDATED: Admin Dashboard Widgets

We’re excited to introduce several Admin Dashboard Widgets to the LMS Mobile App!

From the Dashboard page of the Admin Tool, three widgets now have an Add to mobile dashboard checkbox.

    The three widgets available are:

    1. Module Completions
    2. User Activity
    3. Enrollments

When checked, the selected widgets are made visible on the user’s LMS Mobile App...

From the Mobile App, the User will see a new Admin Dashboard section on the top of their Home screen

When the Admin clicks View, they will be navigated to a new page where their selection of widgets will appear. Admins can interact with the widgets in the same way they would on the web.

  • Mobile App User Impersonation

Understanding what your users are seeing on the LMS mobile app is now easier than ever with our new mobile impersonation features.

OnTrack

  • NEW! Action Data Export Reports

Two new reports are now available, the "OnTrack Open Action Report" and the "OnTrack Resolved Action Report". These reports provide a comprehensive, raw data export in CSV format, allowing for deep analysis in external tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

This feature unlocks the full analytical potential of the Actions data that customers are capturing every day. It empowers operations leaders and data analysts to move beyond in-app views and answer complex, business-specific questions.

    Key benefits include:

    • Deep Custom Analysis: Customers can now use their own spreadsheet or business intelligence (BI) tools to pivot, chart, and analyze performance trends in ways that are most meaningful to their business.
    • Identify Systemic Issues: By exporting and sorting a large dataset, a regional manager can instantly identify if a specific piece of equipment (e.g., "Walk-in Freezer Temp") is failing across multiple locations, indicating a need for capital investment or widespread maintenance.
    • Measure Performance & Accountability: Leadership can precisely measure and compare key metrics like Average Time to Resolution (TTR).
  • NEW! Open Actions Report

A filterable data export of all currently active (unresolved) actions across the organization. The report includes key data points such as Action ID, Type (Action, Checklist, Corrective), Status, Description, Location, Created Date, Due Date, Age (Days Open), Assignee, and the specific Source Checklist/Task that generated it.

This report serves as a powerful, real-time "master to-do list" for all outstanding issues. A Regional Manager can use it before a site visit to get a complete picture of a location's current challenges. An Operations Director can use it to identify aging tasks and operational bottlenecks that may be impacting service or safety.

  • NEW! Resolved Actions Report

A filterable data export of all actions resolved within a specified date range. It includes all the data points from the Open Actions Report, plus critical resolution-focused details: Resolved Date, Resolved By, Time to Resolution, Media links, and whether it was resolved on time.

This is a powerful tool for historical performance analysis. Customers can now precisely calculate their average Time to Resolution, identify their most efficient teams, and spot trends in the types of problems that are generating the most work over time. For example, they can answer questions like, "What were our top 5 most frequent corrective actions in Q3, and how long did it take us to fix them on average?"
