With subtitle support, you can upload subtitle files to video media and end users will have the option to turn them on when viewing a video.

For videos found under the Content tab → Media, the subtitle icon indicator will quickly identify any video that has an associated subtitle file.

You can upload a subtitle file by clicking the Upload Subtitles button.

NOTE: Only .vtt file types are supported for video subtitles.

After the subtitle file has been uploaded, you must activate the subtitles:

Once a subtitle is active, you can preview them by playing the video and enabling the 3-dot menu on the bottom right corner of the video.

For sites with the multiple language tool enabled you can upload subtitle files for each version/language by clicking on the language, and uploading subtitles files in the same way described above.

You can deactivate subtitles on a video by clicking Deactivate:

End users have the option to turn on or off subtitles. They can do so by clicking the gear icon from the video, clicking the CC option, and selecting a language.
