LMS App
Inline eLearning Media Player
Admins now have the option to configure eLearning Media files to play inline in modules with a click of a button, creating a more streamlined experience with eLearning Media files in a module.- Media Library Subtitle Indicator
Figuring out which of your videos in the Media library have subtitle files is now easier than ever! With the new subtitle icon indicator, any video that has an associated subtitle file (whether uploaded or generated with our AI Subtitles feature) will get the new subtitle icon. - Additional Push Notifications
More push notifications are now available in the mobile app! In addition to Event and Enrollment related notifications, app users can now receive other notifications their organization has enabled. - 'Show Password’ at Login
During the login process on any app, it’s easy to mistype a password. With the mobile app’s new “Show Password” feature, users will be able to easily see what they’ve inputted and make corrections. Arabic Language Support
For mobile app users that have selected Arabic as their preferred language, the App will now support the language and display content in the correct right-to-left format.- User Contribution Improvements
In the mobile app, users can now engage with User Contribution modules in more ways by being able to create, like and reply to comments.
Drive
- Location Association & Smart Sync
Allows an administrator to link a Drive device to a specific location value (e.g., "Store #123," "West Region") using a designated profile field. Enabling this feature activates "Smart Sync," which intelligently limits the users synced to that device to only those associated with the same location. - MDM Integration for Location
Administrators can now include a location key and value in their MDM appConfig payload. When the Drive app launches on an MDM-configured device, it will automatically pass this location value to the server during registration.
OnTrack
- Task Completion Report Data Explorer
The Data Explorer is an interactive drill-down capability. Report data (like task titles, location names, and completion percentages) are now hyperlinks. Clicking on any of these links opens a modal window that provides a more granular, contextual breakdown of the data behind that number. - Drill-Down in Task Mode
When viewing the report in Task Mode, an administrator can click on any task title. The Data Explorer will open, showing a complete breakdown of completion rates for that specific task, location by location. From there, they can click a location's total to see the individual checklist instances that make up that number. - Drill-Down in Unit (Location) Mode
When viewing the report in Unit Mode, an administrator can click on any location's title. The Data Explorer will open, showing a complete breakdown of completion rates for that specific location, task by task. They can then click a task's total to see the individual instances. - Enhanced PDF Export for Task Completion Report
The "Export to PDF" functionality for the Task Completion Report has been updated to fully support the dual-mode view. The exported PDF will now perfectly match the view the administrator has selected on-screen (either Task Mode or Unit Mode).
