The All New Multi-Module Completion Report v2 Has Arrived!
We are delighted to introduce a reworked and revamped version of the MMRC. This new version of the report aims to tackle issues identified in the existing Multi-Module Completion Report, particularly around enrollments. Please do note that this is report is still in Beta, so you may run into some quirks. If you encounter any issues with the report, please submit a ticket to Technical Support, or let your account manager know about it (we can't fix what we don't know about).
General Updates
- Module Tags: When duplicating Modules, any Tag(s) that are associated with the base module will be copied over to the duplicate Module.
- The Media Report now links directly to each piece of media that it references so that you can view them with a click.

When adding Links to a Module, you now have the option to select from existing Links that exist in your Media Library.
- Tests Update: In between questions, there's a + icon, where you can slot new questions between existing ones.
- Question Banks can now be organized and reordered via a 2-bar icon found on the upper right of each question.
- The OnTarck Audit Log report has been enhanced to allow reporting on deleted Checklists.
- And a lot of other work, totaling 134 discrete improvements.
Wisetail Drive
All New Drive Search
The previous text filter (results-as-you-type) has been replaced. Users must now submit a search query. The system then performs discrete searches against Item Titles, subtitles, and Textract extracts (content within the files). Results are displayed with Item Title matches first, followed by Subtitle and Textract search results ordered by frequency of the search term. Users can filter results by Item Type, publication date, and Carousel titles.
1st Time User Logins & Password Resets
The Drive App now supports initial logins & password resets in-app.
Device Space Remaining
The device list for Drive (in the admin interface) can now be sorted by the amount of disk space remaining on each device (though you have to open the individual devices to see the exact amount of space).
User-2-User Roles
Role’s with an audience defined by a User-2-User field now have additional options.
- Modules: two new abilities are now available: Manage Tags, and Manage Quick Enrollments.
- Content: all abilities can be enabled for Role Admins.
- Merits: all abilities can be enabled for Role Admins.
LMS App
We've made our LMS App more compact, freeing up more space for your content. for example, here's a view of a dialogs board before & after the update. Look at all that space that's not being wasted anymore:
