We have a multitude of updates for you this month. Let's get right down to it.

General Updates

  • Datafeed Report
    • That's right! At long last, we are releasing a report on your datafeed runs. No longer will you be dependent on vague summaries and emails. Now you can see a detailed explanation of what your datafeed did, who it did it too, and even a specific file that it ran on, easily downloadable for your perusal.
  • Automatic AI-Generated Video Subtitles
    • You can now automatically generate subtitles for videos that you have uploaded to Wisetail.
  • Select Thumbnails from Media Library
    • For some (Banner, Links and Button) Page Widgets and eLearning Media files, you can now utilize images directly from your Media Library for your thumbnails, rather than having to upload a new image every time.
    • Synthesia – Search Option

      • You can now search for videos in the video selector modal.

      • Note: Synthesia video descriptions are not currently visible in the selector modal.
    • Rules Engine – Warning Message Clarity

    • Module Completion Report – LMS App Data

    • Multilanguage Support

    • Additional Dialog Boards

    • Many bug fixes & minor improvements.

Wisetail Drive

  • Drive Activity Report
    • It is helpful to know which items in Drive are being accessed most frequently (and which items aren’t). Other helpful factors such as “how are people accessing these media items: browsing or search?” And “How long are people interacting with media items” are now available with the Drive Activity Report.
    • The report is currently in Early Access and clients will be unable to save as a custom report until we’ve gathered initial client feedback.
  • Mobile Device Management
    • See the details for Wisetail Drive via MDM here.
  • iOS Right-to-Left Languages
    • Wisetail Drive now supports Right-to-Left languages in iOS
  • Device Disc Space Warning indicators
    • We've added Disc Space Indicators on the Device info page for devices with Wisetail Drive installed:
      • Green: >5 GB remaining.
      • Yellow: 1-5 GB remaining.
      • Red: <1 GB remaining.
  • Wisetail Drive Search Terms Widget

    • The Drive Search Terms Admin Dashboard Widget, lets you see what searches your users are using in Wisetail Drive. 

    • Note: You will need to submit a ticket to Technical Support for us to enable this widget for you.

  • Updated look-and-feel on the Web
    • We made some changes to Wisetail Drive on the Web such as slightly updated card sizes, spacing between cards, and new hover states when mousing over the page more fully utilize the advantages of the web-based user experience.
  • Re-ordering Carousel Items from Carousel List View
    • You can now re-order their carousels without first toggling over to the grid view.

OnTrack

  • Inactive Schedule Deactivation
    • OnTrack will now mark schedules inactive once they’ve triggered their final checklist(s). Once deactivated, admins may choose to do nothing, delete them, or reactivate them as they wish.
  • Task Completion Report PDF
    • Similar to the OnTrack Submitted Checklist Report, we now have an PDF export option for this report.
  • Manager Abilities Flexibility
    • We recently released a feature which allows clients to enable and disable abilities by Manager Group. And with that update, we made the Manager Notifications ability dependent on the Manager Visibility ability. Based on client feedback, we’ve reversed this decision and are now allowing admins to enable Manager Notifications without first enabling Manager Visibility, so managers at HQ and onsite managers that don’t need the added visibility in OnTrack can still benefit from all the use cases enabled by notifications.
