Homework Enhancements

Our homework feature just got a little bit better!

  • When learners are viewing homework, the title and instructions are now shown along with the questions.
  • You can now grade homework directly in the Admin Tool.
  • Introducing a new Homework Report with basic information about user submissions and details.

OnTrack 

  • If a checklist is submitted before the next instance needs to be started, and the previously in-progress checklists is jettisoned to the archives, you can now get some details via some enhancements to the OnTrack Task Completion Report. It now also shows specific completion rates per task.

  • Broken Sparks Indicator

    • Checklists can be updated regularly by OnTrack admins, and these updates can cause rules-based Sparks to become misaligned with the updated checklist configurations. If you have a Pass/Fail question that sparks a manager notification on ‘Fail’, if you update the question to a ‘Yes/No/NA’ type, additional configuration of the pre-existing notification spark may be needed.

    • To help uncover possible issues, we’ve added a helpful Broken Spark indicator to the checklist list view, as well as the Manage Checklist page, providing both an alert and a breadcrumb trail leading admins to an issue that needs to be resolved.

  • Viewing Past Revisions

    • It can be helpful to know that a checklist was updated and what previous versions contained. OnTrack now allows admins to view previous versions of their checklists and compare them with subsequent versions.

    • To view past revisions of checklists: Select the checklist, click on More Options, & select View Revision History.

Mobile Apps

 

The LMS App

The LMS App now supports the Multi-Language Tool.

Only Latin American Spanish and Canadian French will be available in this  release. All other languages will be available in April.

Dialog Boards

We have begun a slow rollout of providing access to the dialogue boards in the LMS app. This has begun with the Now@ board, with more Dialog Boards to follow.

 

Wisetail Drive

  • Password management: You can disable it for the Drive app. This is great for accounts that are used in a shared environment, as you can now prevent the users who use the account from being able to change the password and lock out the other users are supposed to have access.

  • We’ve added the ability to change the playback speed of a video after the learner has watched it for the first time.
