Some issues can be resolved by clearing your web browsers cache & cookies. This article explains how to do this for both the Firefox & Chrome web browsers on Windows (7+), as well as MacOS.
Firefox
Windows
- Click Tools --> Settings.
- Select the Preferences link.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Under the Cookies and Site Data heading, click Manage Data.
- Type Wisetail.
- Click Remove All Shown.
- Click Save Changes.
MacOS
- From Firefox, in the System menu bar, click Firefox.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Under the Cookies and Site Data heading, click Manage Data.
- Type Wisetail.
- Click Remove All Shown.
- Click Save Changes.
Chrome
MacOS & Windows
- On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
- Select the More Tools option.
- Select the Clear browsing data option.
- Select the Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
- Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
Safari
- From Safari, in the System menu bar, click Preferences.
- Go to the Advanced tab (all the way at the right)
- Click Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Close that window.
- In the System menu bar, click Develop --> Empty Caches.
