Optimal/recommended system requirements for using the Wisetail suite of tools include the following.
The Wisetail LMS & OnTrack
- Our minimum requirement for bandwidth is up/download speeds of 500+ kb/s, with a latency of under 2 seconds.
- Our tools also requires 800+ pixels of width to work in some cases.

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Wisetail in any product. Microsoft themselves have sun-set their old browser. If you are using this browser we recommend migrating to a modern web browser such as Mozilla's Firefox.
