Observation Checklist Duplication

Admins no longer need to create Observation Checklists from scratch every time! With the new Observation Checklist Duplication enhancement, Admins can easily replicate existing checklists to streamline their workflow.

From the Observation Checklist overview page in the Admin Tool, Admins must first select the Checklist they want to duplicate. Only one checklist can be duplicated at a time.

From the dropdown menu next to the Manage Queue button, Admins will be able to select Duplicate.

The Admin will then be prompted to select the Role that the duplicated Checklist will be associated with. Note: Only the Roles available to the Admin will be listed.

Once a Role is selected, the Admin will click on Duplicate Observation Checklist.

The Admin will then be navigated to the copy of the Checklist, where the Checklist title will contain the words (copy) next to it.

The duplicate Checklist will contain the same Description, Observation Groups, Checklist Settings, and Observation Checklist Items as the original. The duplicate Checklist will have an empty Observation Queue and will not be used in areas where the original is used.

Admins can proceed to edit and adjust the duplicated Observation Checklist as needed.
