Wisetail is putting the power to control which notifications are sent to Admins and Learners in the hands of our clients. Admins can now determine for themselves which notifications are valuable to their users and curate a custom mix of notifications that deliver the most value for your use case.
Prior to this enhancement, notifications were controlled by an all-or-nothing toggle with a handful of individual notification controls. Feedback from our clients indicated that there is a desire to have more granular control of what messages are sent to their users. Clients wanted more control over the configuration of their notifications.
Navigate to Admin Tools → System → Settings → Manage Notifications.
