Board-Level Metrics
On each dialog board, the additional metrics can be found under the information icon (
The metrics that are displayed on the panel are described below:

| Date Created | Date the board was created |
| Views / Unique Views |
Views: Accumulative count of total user views Unique Views: Count of individual users that have viewed For example, User A and User B have both viewed this board 5 times each. The Views count is 10, while the Unique Views is 2. |
| Posts | Total number of posts on this board |
| Current Audience | Number of current audience members |
| Likes | Total count of all likes on all posts (excludes Likes on Comments) |
| Shares | Total count of users that have clicked “Copy” from the “Click to Share” icon for the board |
| Follows | Total count of users that have clicked “Follow” |
| Comments | Total count of top level comments |
The information shown on the board reflects metrics that are pulled from the entire board.
Post-Level Metrics
Similar to the board-level metrics, users are able to see metrics for individual dialog board posts under the same information icon (
The metrics that are displayed on the panel at the post level are described below:

Note on Historic Metrics
The data displayed in the previously unavailable metrics will not take into account historical numbers. They will only reflect data generated after the release of the feature (2023 April).
Data that was previously available in the information menu will remain.
