MMRC 2.0
In the By User view of the new Multi-Module Completion Report v2, multiple completions of a module by a user within a defined time period are now included in the report. "(+x)".
Audit Log
The Audit Log has been enhanced to allow reporting on deleted OnTrack Checklists.
The report now includes a link that navigates to the full revision history of the deleted checklist. This ensures that even checklists past their useful life remain accessible for historical record and compliance purposes, whereas previously they were permanently gone.
We also now include Admin Notes on Modules to the Audit Log so (Super) Admins can better track changes and updates.
Test Attempts on Test Summary Page
Now on the Test Summary page, Admins with the ability to grant additional test attempts will see a new column of options. The new column lets an Admins know if any, and how many users have run out of test attempts and need new ones awarded.
Drive
- New Search Page - The search page in Drive has been updated to support new search capabilities and capture better search insights.
- Subtitle Search (iOS & Android)

- Forced Password Reset now supported.
- Device Sorting - The device list in the admin interface can now be sorted by the amount of disk space remaining on each device.
Bulk User Upload
The Bulk User Upload feature has been adjusted to create users only. Editing or updating users can no longer be achieved through the Bulk User Upload feature. You must use the Bulk Admin Actions for bulk updating users en masse.
NOTE: The Bulk Admin Actions Tool does not allow for individual values for different users. This means that there is currently no way other than a data feed to do individualized bulk updates to users with different values.
LMS Mobile App
Admins are now about to evaluate and grade homework submissions in the LMS Mobile App via a new Homework Submissions widget.
