User Profiles provide a dashboard view of each individual user. There are many things available on a User Profile from default and custom fields to assigned Roles, events, group memberships and more.
Default User Profile Fields
The Wisetail platform provides a basic set of default profile fields for your user accounts. These defaults are visible on each user profile by default and can be updated from the Profile Fields pill.

Additional profile fields can be added and customized on the Profile Fields pill. From there you can also determine which fields are visible or editable by end-users.
Media
This neat little section will show any media uploads by that user.
Recognition Messages
This is a running list of recognition messages received and sent by the user. Even after a points reset the recognition messages will still be displayed here.
Logins and Completions
This is a graph that shows user login and completion activity over the last 3 weeks.
Active Enrollments
This is a list of the user's enrollments. From here you can expand the arrow next to the enrollment to see any related modules - which are clickable to get to the module itself.
In the example below, you can see the enrollment date (06/18/2025), the due date (07/01/2025) and also the completion date (06/24/2025) for each module in the enrollment once expanded.
Modules Completed
This list of modules is what the user has completed or has been marked as completed. You can also use the button at the top to select a module and manually mark it as completed for the user. Clicking the drop-down will allow you to remove a completion and clicking Edit will take you to the module for editing.
Roles
List of roles the user has been assigned to by the admin.
Merits
This section shows all of the Certifications and Badges the user has received. From here you can remove a badge or edit a certificate by using the drop-down menus.
Reports
This section on the right-side of the screen will show you a list of available reports to run that relate to the user. From here you can select a report to run and view information specific to the user profile, even changes as seen under the Profile History Report.
Groups
Which Groups does the user belong to? This right-side section will show you a list!
Events
Has the user registered for or been added to any upcoming events? Those will be listed here for easy access to the events themselves.
Likes
If the user has Liked any posts or content in the platform, those will be listed here.
