Enrollments come in 2 types: Standard & Reoccurring.

Standard Enrollments

A Standard Enrollment is a one-time event. Users are enrolled, complete their content (or not), and it ends.

In a Standard Enrollment, modules can have two types:

  • Required Modules (All must be completed in order to complete the Enrollment).
  • Recommended Modules (Do not need to be completed in order to complete the Enrollment).
Note that Recommended Enrollments must be enabled by Technical Support before these are available. Just create a ticket requesting us to enable this feature, and we'll get that rolling for you.

Reoccurring Enrollments

A Reoccurring Enrollment repeats over and over. Users are enrolled, complete their content (or not), and then wait until they need to take it again. Rinse & repeat. Reoccurring Enrollments have additional features related to scheduling such as:

  • Enrollment Length (Duration before learner is overdue)
  • Enrollment Frequency (How often the enrollment repeats)
