Optimal/recommended system requirements for using the Wisetail LMS include the following.
The Wisetail LMS
- Our minimum requirement for bandwidth is up/download speeds around 500 kb/s, with a latency of under 2 seconds.
- The Wisetail LMS also requires about 800 px of width to work in some cases.

The OnTrack App
Note that accessing OnTrack via a desktop or mobile browser share the same requirements as for the LMS in the section above. The following are the minimum supported mobile OS versions for the OnTrack App:
- Android: Android 7 (Nougat).
- iOS: iOS 12.4.
Because our mobile application relies in part on web views to function, you may experience better performance if you have the following browsers installed and set as the default web browser on your device. This does not mean that the mobile app will not function with other device+browser combinations; you may have a great experience with your preferred browser.

Not Supported
Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Wisetail in any product. Microsoft themselves are sun-setting their old browser. If you are using this browser we recommend migrating to a modern web browser such as Mozilla's Firefox.
