Additional Multi-Language Resources

Overview

The Multi Language Tool changes the default text values for buttons, menus, etc. to another language. It also provides a system for you to create translations of the texts, thumbnails, and more of the content you manage. Each user can select their own default language.

AI-Powered Translations

AI-powered translations are available for both Learning Paths and Classic Modules, including AI-generated subtitle translations for video content. See AI Translations for full details on setup, supported fields, and the translation workflow.

If you add new translatable content to a module that's already been translated, a New Content banner flags it so your translations stay complete across every enabled language.

Editing Video Subtitle Translations

You can edit video subtitle files directly in the Admin Tool. In the dropdown menu for each translated language, an Edit option opens an inline editor where you can adjust the timestamped subtitle text for that language.

This works for both AI-generated subtitle files and files you upload yourself. Your changes take effect once you save them with Save Changes.

Custom Terminology

Preserve your brand-specific terms during the AI translation process. See AI Translations for full details on setup and usage.

Language-Specific Media

You can upload language-specific versions of media files throughout the system. To remove a language-specific media file and revert to the English default, click the dropdown next to Re-Upload Media and select Delete Media.
