The User Impersonation Tool (TUIT)

Not to TUIT our own horn, but we are delighted to announce the release of the long-awaited, and greatly anticipated: The User Impersonation Tool. View how another user on your site sees it.

The Modules Report

  • Unique to this report, the Manage Columns feature to the Modules Report so that the Admins can view only the data they need. 
  • Now available: Module Tags 

  • Now available: @Work Setting 

OnTrack Sparks Update: Due Soon & Past Due Alerts

Alert team members when an unsubmitted checklist is approaching its due date and time, or even alert your managers once a checklist is past due. Available as a push notification (requires OnTrack mobile app) and/or email notification, this new spark type allows you to configure a notification at any time interval relative to the due date, and if the checklist is neither submitted nor closed when the time comes, we’ll send an alert to those responsible and/or accountable for its timely completion.

The In-App (LMS) Inbox

The LMS In-App Inbox is now available on the LMS mobile app. Located next to the Dashboard section of the app, the familiar bell icon is where a user will be able to find their inapp inbox notifications as well as a count of unread notifications.

  • Modules on the Learn page will now be displayed in pages and users will be able to navigate the modules using a paginator.

  • OnTrack Time zones:
    • Admins now have the ability to select a time zone for each checklist schedule. Previously, the schedule detail page displayed the schedule time according to the admins’ browsers’ time zone, and admins were required to calculate their own time conversion for locations operating outside of the admin’s time zone.
    • Following this release, all pre-existing schedules will be set to the client instance reporting timezone, and the display times will be converted automatically. Times will no longer be localized to the browser’s time zone. Additionally, newly created schedules will default to the client instance reporting time zone.
  • Minor updates to the Multi-Language Tool.
  • Continued work on the API Datafeed tool.
