Introducing Login Page Image Management

For years you've wanted the ability to manage the background images on your log in screens. Be it for general management, or for a quick & temporary holiday picture. And now you can! No tickets, no waiting, just fast & easy image management. See more here.

Bulk Admin Actions Tool for Module Permissions

You can now use the Bulk Admin Actions Tool to change module permissions. See more here.

Enrollment Summary Report

We’ve made it easier to get more insight from the Enrollment Summary Report with the ability to look at more than one enrollment at a time.

Dialog Board Email Field

When non-Admin/basic users post on a dialog board that allows audience posts, they will no longer see the email body text field when posting. This change helps alleviate any confusion for the basic user and provides peace of mind for Admins knowing that there is no way an email will be sent out.

Mobile LMS App

  • Users can now access more of their own information directly from the mobile app. Under a user’s profile, they can now update their password, view their merits (certificates and badges) and see their transcript.
  • Admins can now use the Quick Enroll feature in the mobile app to enroll users in content.

Ontrack Updates:

New Multi-Choice Question Type

The Customizable Multi-choice Question type allows admins to standardize more complex responses and gather additional information efficiently.

Super Admin ability: Close Required Checklist before overdue

Super Admins can now close required checklists before they are due. Non-super admins will still need to either submit required checklists or wait until they are past due to close them.

Range Question Type increased decimal points

Range Question type responses can now accept up to three decimal places (e.g. 10.001). Previously only two decimals were supported.

Location Search

Users with access to many locations can now type text into the Location Dropdown selector to more easily find a location.

CMS

Admins can now set thumbnails for Docs and Web Links in the admin tool. These thumbnails can then be viewed by users in the Wisetail Drive CMS. They will also been seen in the media tab. The same thumbnails are currently not seen anywhere else in the Learner tool (e.g. in Modules).
