To add checklist translations:
- Login to Wisetail Admin, and open to edit the checklist you’d like to translate.
- Click on the More Options button and enable Translation Mode.
Note: Once you enable translation mode, you will not be able to make global changes to the checklist (e.g. adding/reordering tasks, re-ordering sections, altering task settings, etc) without first either saving or discarding your changes and exiting translation mode.
- Select the language you’d like to translate.
- Click on Checklist settings to change checklist title, description, and instructions as applicable
- Click on the Section settings to change the section title and instructions as applicable.
- Click into any task to update its text, range labels, and MCQ response options as applicable.
- Important: Once you are done editing the translations for a setting click the Update button. If you exit translation mode or switch to another language without first clicking the Update button, you will be asked to confirm discarding your changes.
Remove Checklist Translations
To remove a translated language and revert to default (English):

Login to Wisetail Admin tool > OnTrack tab and select to edit the checklist for which you'd like to input translations.

Click on the More Options button and enable Translation Mode.

Select the language translation you’d like to remove.

Click on the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner and select ‘Delete Translation’

Confirm the deletion.
